Small Batch India Pale Ale brewed with Azacca + Centennial and dry-hopped with Citra!

It's hard to imagine that before 2020, most of our small batch releases never made it to cans. Once we had to consider curbside to-go operations during the early parts of 2020, we shifted our custom-built canning line into high gear and tripled the number of can releases we'd ever offered in a single year!
We're still putting our canning line (and our graphic designer) into overdrive, but every now and then we like to tap a draft-only small batch recipe brewed on our 5 bbl pilot system. This gives us a "year round adjacent" tap for visitors to enjoy for a little while longer, and allows us to use the taproom like the test kitchen it once was.
Background Noise is a small batch, draft-only IPA featuring a light body and a cacophony of lowkey mango + berry flavors. An easy-drinking Workshop Series performance with a pleasing finish from Citra-infused Spectrum, created on a small scale and available exclusively on tap at 401 Second Street.
Cans may be all the rage, but we guarantee that you'll be listening in to make sure you hear about the next time this beer is tapped (that is, if we ever tap it again).
