Sizzle Reel has a thick, spongy, white head and a slightly cloudy straw-gold appearance, with some splotchy lacing. The aroma is of soda cracker. The flavor is similar, with moderate bitterness and sweetness. Sizzle Reel has a medium body and a dry finish.
