L: Straw gold color with a fizzy small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Sweet Green Chile. The beer is almost all Chile, I don't get any malt or hop.
T: Sweet Green Chile, a slight note of heat. No hop or malt presence, all Green Chile.
F: Light body and carbonation
O: I like that this isn't a spicy Chile beer. It is a nice Chile beer but it is very one note, all Green Chile, wish it had more hop or malt character.

On tap. Pours a clear, golden color with a one finger head that lingers and leaves a ring of lacing at the top of the glass. Nose of pale malt and roasted green chiles. Taste is mildly malty with a breath of floral hops upfront before the green chiles come in and provide a slow but mild burn on the back end. Medium carbonation and medium-light body.
It's easy to mess up a chile beer and they did a nice job with this one. Not too aggressive with the heat but enough there to taste it. It was a bit light but that's not a bad trade off for a not too hot but still has chile beer.
