Little random stop just outside of Denver. Much more mellow than Denver, easy, chill vibe. Not exactly booming but I thought the quality was pretty good. Average selection, good for the size. Crowler options were nice, easy to take with you when your on the road camping for two weeks.

A pretty solid tap room tucked into a suburban neighborhood. Peak to Peak offers roughly 20 taps and a dozen bottles/cans. Draft beers seem to be Colorado-only, although I don't know if that's a requirement. Tap selections don't typically include anything overly zany, but they do carry beers from places, like Weldwerks and Bakers, that are atypical for the Denver area. The bottle and can selections include German, Belgian, and American offerings from in and out of CO. They usually carry a good mix of styles so that everyone from a craft newbie to a long-time geek can find a couple beers they'll enjoy.
Service is fine, and they have events like trivia night and video game challenges to bring new people in.
For a long time the Pride of Philly food truck was based out of their kitchen, but they seem to have recently moved on. Now they're serving their own food. Portions are a little light for a meal.
They're adding a brewing component in 2017, which I guess could be good or bad depending on the brewer/focus. Hopefully that doesn't detract from their normal taps.
This place is very close to me, so I'm a big fan. I'm not sure if it's the same type of destination as the larger multi-tap places, but it has been a VERY welcome addition to my neighborhood.

EDIT: Peak to Peak has recently made some changes I'm not a huge fan of. Their house food tends to be awfully light/small for what they're charging for it. It's pretty good, but it's marked up about 30% higher than it probably should be. Sliders are priced like full sandwiches ($8-10) and there's just no good way to get a full meal without overspending. Ever since they started brewing in-house their guest beer selection has dwindled to less than 1/2 what it was. The house beers are good, but one reason I liked going there was for the non-local but zany CO taps. They don't double up on styles they brew in-house, so that eliminates quite a few faves. In a few cases they went from examples that were the best in CO to something average. I can see how others might like the changes, but I liked the old setup better. I won't mess with the score, but I don't actually go there all that much anymore as a result.
