L- A little pale for a stout. Not a lot of head at all. Appealing not the less.
S- Really getting the coffee on the nose. Can make out a mint sent as well not strong. Very pleasant.
T- Very, very, good. Smooth. First you get the coffee and the mint follows and lingers. Dare I say refreshing?
F- Smooth. Perfect amount of carbonation. I wish it was a little thicker though.
O- Very solid one of a kind beer. I thought this was going to be just a novelty but its just about perfect. I would buy this again if I get the chance. Might buy in bulk and save it for the holidays! Very impressed with this brewery.

This, the Buffalo Spit Oatmeal Stout and the Ground Hound Coffee Stout all look identical, not as dark as you'd expect from a stout. Smell is fantastic, like smelling an Andes Candy. Initial taste is coffee then the chocolate and mint kick in. Minty after taste. Nice smooth feel, no bitterness. Overall my favorite beer from them yet. They're next door to a distillery and this stuff just needs to be barrel aged.
