Dark brownish black with a thin head of tan foam and spotty lacing.
Coffee aroma with an undercurrent of lightly sweet cherry.
Flavors of coffee grounds, soil, cherry vinegar.
Thin bodied. Heavily adjunct laden and sharply astringent, couldn't finish this one.

Had on tap. The three C's are chocolate, cherry, and coffee, and there is good balance between them in smell and taste. The taste gets a slight edge for me because the creaminess of the body and supporting vanilla, oat and brown sugar malt boost it, where the smell is just the trio. Feel is frothy, creamy, and full without being heavy. Nice work!

Had this during the holidays. On tap, it is a chocolate, coffee, cherry stout with an outstanding blend of flavors. It was fragrant from the coffee & cherry, and the flavors all come through, especially in the aftertaste. The body was quite full without being heavy. Overall and excellent stout I would drink any time.
