On-tap 11/26/2016 at the brewery in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a medium off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains piney hops, fruity citrus and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong but not over-powering piney hops bitterness that is quickly followed by a fruity citrus and caramel sweetness. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a while.

From a growler: pours a cloudy honey gold with a half finger of quickly dissipating head. Nice hoppy citrys aroma. Grapefruity flavor. Well balanced. Really nice.

32oz. howler filled on 4/2/16 and served in a nonic. Pours a milky yellow hue with a dense, rocky, 1.5 inch bright white head and a murky clarity. Head eventually settles into a soapy slick leaving residual swaths and strands of lacing during the tasting. Great nose on this beer - bright and citrusy with a hint of pith towards the back. Taste consistent with nose; however, a little more watered down and earthy with a light lemony quality the presents at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with an easy, even carbonation and acidity. All and all, the nose on this beer is fantastic and the flavor profile, coupled with the abv, make this a solid session sipper.
