On-tap 11/26/2016 at the brewery in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a cloudy yellowish gold color, with a thin off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains grassy hops, fruity citrus and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of fruity citrus and caramel. Then a strong but not over-powering floral hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time.

On-draft at the brewery and served in a tulip. Pours a hazy golden-orange with a creamy, half inch, bright white head. Nose expresses juicy citrus followed by a hint of earthy rind and biscuit malt. Taste consistent with nose; however, more biscuit and earthy/herbal notes followed by a trace of bubblegum. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (closer to light) with a crisp, even carbonation and a slight silkiness to the texture. Overall, super flavorful and drinkable at 5.5%. This might be my favorite offering so far. Nice Job!
