On-tap 3/25/2017 at the brewery in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a cloudy yellowish gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains piney and dank hops, fruity citrus and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong piney hops bitterness. Then some sweet flavors of fruity citrus and caramel come in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good representation of style, this is a very good beer to drink for a long time.
