Pours a hazy, milky yellow with a loose, off-white head that dissipates into a soapy film. Nose is exactly as described - notes of citrus, tropical fruit and just the merest hint of pine towards the back. Taste is solid - malt asserts itself upfront and is somewhat biscuity. Taste is fairly clean with some earthy notes towards the back. Mouthfeel is light in body with an even carbonation and a light acidity. Overall, quite drinkable with a very nice nose; however, the hops are a little hidden in the flavor profile.
