Poured from 16oz can into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep dark brown color, with a short beige head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains floral and dank hops, fruity citrus, roasted malts and some chocolate.
T: The taste starts out with a burst of floral and dank hops bitterness that is quickly followed by a fruity and juicy citrus sweetness. Then there is some chocolate flavor in the background. The roasted malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time if you’re in the mood for the style.
