Tried at the brewery and brought a growler home
Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a small white head that disappears pretty quickly, looks like a NEIPA
Big aromas of pineapple, raspberry, with tropical floral notes
The taste starts with a slightly tart fruitiness, a light hop note follows and is smoothed out by the lactose, an interesting array of flavors but it pulls it off nicely
Less carbonated than I expected, or remembered having at the brewery, but I did let it sit for a few days before cracking it open so that could be part of it. The little carbonation there does work nicely with the tartness though
Overall a solid sour IPA, I'm quite impressed by the brewery with the other samples I had, nice to have quality beer so close to home
