Imperial stout aged 16 months in Heaven Hill and Four Roses bourbon barrels and conditioned on toasted coconut and vanilla beans.

500ml bottle served in my Spiegelau tulip. Pours one shade shy of black with a loose, quarter inch, mocha-colored head that quickly dissipates into an oily swirl that coalesces around the shoulders. The nose on this beer is decadent - huge fudgy chocolate aromas. Taste consistent with nose; however, toasted coconut is revealed as the "punch you in the mouth" fudge presence dissipates. Not much of the barrel other than some ethanol towards the finish. Mouthfeel on this beer is great. Mouthfeel is medium-heavy with an oily texture and a carbonation shy of assertive. Overall, a top notch imperial stout. Not sure how this will hold up in the cellar but it's drinking great right now.
