16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, small silky white head, rings of lacing. Light citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Taste is soft and mellow, grapefruit, with the zestiness really amping up at the finish. Very smooth.

I had this beer on tap at the brewery and also took cans back to Florida. Interesting that I’m writing this after opening the second can that had been sitting in my refrigerator for 2 weeks and it was the best tasting of this beer yet. The look which is a beigish yellow became a little more milky and the hops are still a strong smelling grapefruit citrus. The more apparent change is that the taste mellowed out a bit and the feel is smoother. The drinkability went up even higher and this beer went down easy. Overall, it’s a great IPA that improves after a few weeks in the can.
I’m drinking my last can of this beer 8 months later and it’s fantastic. I’ve never had an IPA actually get better after months of sitting on a refrigerator shelf. Amazing.

16oz can dated 2/28/24.
Pours milky gold with an inch of white fluff. Persistent retention with plenty of spongy lacing. Pungent aromatics with peach, dried mango, orange. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. A bit pithy and raw on the palate with a firm bitterness and minimal malt. Unripe peach, orange, and mango. Finishes juicy and a bit raw.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 5/26/23. Pours a very attractive hazy orange yellow with a finger sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5

From a 2-week-old can, pours a hazy deep orange. Off-white head is thick and leaves a good bit of lacing. Lime pith and tropical fruits dominate. Good beer.
