This beer is a tweak on our original favorite, The All Seeing Eye. This recipe started with a different yeast, a slight change of malts, and then we hopped it with Citra, Simcoe, Rakau + Vic Secret.

One of my new favorite places. The brewery has a great vibe.
This beer is rich and delicious.
Nice cloudy color. Many citrus flavors. Explosive in the beginning. Some sweetness, not too much, on the finish.
The mouthfeel is a bit less than I’d expected.
Overall, very happy to have this one.
