10 day old can courtesy of forum8417.
L: dark mango juice with fluffy head.
S: cream of tartar, stonefruit
T: same tartar taste but not as tartar sauce-like. More palatable than I was fearing. Nutty, woodsy, seedy, spruce, stonefruit, rustic, coconut milk.
F: Juicy aftertaste and burps.
Overall: the sabro hop may be rearing it’s ugly head on this one. Drinkable. The tartar I get is also somewhat nutty/woodsy. Per the description they used northern and Southern Hemisphere hops and mixed yeast strains, so who TF knows?
