Canned 2023/11/17
Pours a light fizzy 1/2 finger bubbly head with moderate retention, little lacing, very clear light pale color
Nose plenty of cereal grain straw pilsner, vanilla pudding, raw dough, light floral hop notes,
Taste big cereal grain, grainy sweet straw, raw dough, more vanilla as well like vanilla cake batter, soft lager and a bit creamy like, light floral hops with touch of bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod but soft creamy, carb on the lower end
Overall not bad, nice base pilsner character, some vanilla likely from the foeder, a bit too light on the hops and way too light on carb, but otherwise good

16oz. can served in a willibecker. Pours a lovely straw-gold with a translucent clarity and a loose, quarter inch, bright white head. Clean nose - grassy and some cereal grain notes. Taste consistent with nose with a little cereal grain sweetness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive, prickly carbonation. Overall, a really nice German Pils.
