Canned 10/15/20
There's a ridiculous amount of shit thrown into this beer, but Long Live usually hits the nail on the head with their sours, so I had full faith that a 4 pack was worth it
Pours an opaque ruby/purple with a finger of short lived pink head that fades to a ring and leaves no lacing
A lot of fruit in the nose, mostly lemon, strawberry, orange, and raspberry. Full on fruit bomb with a touch of soft wheat
Taste is more of the same but even better. Starts with lightly tart raspberry and orange before exploding on the swallow with notes of lemon sorbet, pineapple juice, and subtle doughy malt
A medium body with almost no carbonation leads to a thick, smoothie like beer. Decadent and sticky on the finish
Obviously this is an over the top berliner, but it is damn tasty. Very refreshing and fun
