On-tap 10/30/2021 at Pour Farm Tavern in New Bedford, MA, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a cloudy gold color, with a short dense off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains grassy dank hops, fruity citrus and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong grassy hops bitterness. Then some fruity citrus sweetness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, light-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, good kick, very good representation of style, this is a very nice 2IPA to drink for a long time.
