3 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky yellow with a fluffy white head that dissipates rather quickly leaving a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: Candied orange with hints of ripe mango and vanilla. Hoppy, sweet and fruity.
T: A variety of ripe citrus fruits paired with subtle notes of mango, coconut and strawberry. Also slightly herbal. Medium high sweetness. Bitter finish.
F: Creamy, full and juicy with a medium low carbonation and a minimal hop burn.
O: Wow, this is spectacular. My first beer from the brewery and for sure one of the best IPAs I‘ve had in a while. Great look, great smell, great feel and a nicely balanced yet highly complex taste. Can‘t say how it tasted fresh, but it definitely held up really well.
