32oz. Howler served in a tulip. Pours a dull, hazy orange with a tight, quarter-inch, bright white head. Amazing nose on this beer. Light and tropical - hints of stone fruit and citrus. Taste reveals a candied quality with a medicinal bitterness that lingers at the finish and gradually releases some of the nuances from the nose in the background, with essence of grapefruit seeds at the end. Mouthfeel is medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, interesting complexity and quite nuanced.
