16oz. Can served in a Spiegelau tulip. Pours one shade shy of black with a loose, mocha-colored head that dissipates off the pour into a tight band around the edges. Nose is reminiscent of chocolate/peppermint bark. Taste follows nose; however, the cardamom really comes out in the flavor profile as does the coconut. Mouthfeel is light-medium in bottle with a carbonation just shy of still and a light oiliness to the texture. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about all the adjuncts; however, this came together quite nicely.
