Copenhagen 17/3 2026. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V- A very colorful can with a very colorful mountain with a tiny house on top with smoke coming outta the chimney.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but frothy layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a pleasant sweet odor of stone fruit and a bit of blood orange mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Zesty.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling g texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pronounced sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant smooth and pretty civilized tiny house on the mountain.

16oz can served in a willibecker. Pours a dull, milky orange hue with a hazy clarity and a tight, 1/8th inch, bright white head. Nose expresses notes of citrus, creamsicle, pith and a spicy quality. Taste consistent wiht nose with the addition of an herbal/medicinal quality at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a mild acidity and an assertive carbonation. Overall, a juicy example of a wet hop.
