Pours cloudy gold with an inch of dense white head. Moderate retention and lacing. Peach, mango, pineapple in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Unripe peach, dried mango on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes fairly dry with lingering citrus.

From a 16oz can, dated 10/11/23. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours an opaque, milky-pale pineapple juice-colour with two-plus fingers of super-soft, shaving cream-like foam. Retention is excellent, leaving a heavy cap of merengue-like suds and a fat, gobby blanket of lacing. Nails the style!
Aroma is yeasty and mildly fruity. Aromas of pineapple and lime.
Taste is more pithy and bitter than anticipated with a pronounced floral note. Tasting grapefruit pith, oily orange peel and woody, underripe pineapple. Finishes with a little sour berry/yogurt taste and a medicinal, flowery vapor in the sinuses.
Feel is fluffy, maybe a tad lighter than medium bodied, and with ample super-fine, tingly carbonation.
Overall, a weird (to me) but overall enjoyable flavour profile. I would absolutely drink it again.

16oz. Can served in a tulip. Pours a milky orange hue with a turbid clarity and a loose, 1/8th inch, white cap embedded with pinpricks and ringlets that quickly disperses towards the shoulder. Nose expresses hints of melon and mango. Taste consistent with nose with the addition of a light herbal/medicinal bitterness a the finish. Lovely mouthfeel on this beer - light-medium on body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a pillowy softness to the texture. All and all, quite nice.
