Collaboration with Tox Brewing. Double IPA brewed with a combo of new and experimental hops from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Between various stages through the whirlpool and dry hop, 4-Eyed Frog is packed full of Phantasm infused Mega Motueka, brand new Paradisi, Rakau, Southern Cross Kief, and is fermented with a thiolized yeast strain.

Served in a tulip. Pours a dull orange hue with a frothy, quarter inch, bright white head that quickly dissipates into a soapy froth. Nose is subdued - hints of tropical fruit and some light yeasty esters. Taste consistent with nose - tropical fruit pops a little more in the flavor profile. Nicely muddled without a fruity punch on the face. Mouthfeel is medium in body with an easy, even carbonation and a mild astringency. Overall, pleasant and drinkable; however, I was expecting more of a burst of the NZ hops.
