Served in a tulip. Pours an inky black with no head - just a thin, tight band around the shoulders. Nose expresses notes of chocolate, hazelnut and raw sugar - aromas suggest this is extremely sweet! Taste follows nose; albeit, not as sweet as suggested (thankfully) - every muddles nicely. Mouthfeel is medium in body with an easy, even carbonation. Mouthfeel is lovely - full and well-rounded with an easy, even carbonation. Overall, just a lovely pastry stout. Not too over the top with sweetness.
