Draft pour in a tulip. Color is a pale orange with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, creamy, bright white slick embedded with pinpricks. Nose is subdued but style consistent. Taste is quite pleasant - I haven’t had a Belgian Pale Ale in some time; however, this is definitely style consistent. There’s a nice earthy/herbal and the grain bill peaks out in the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, nicely crafted. Glad to see some different style offerings from this brewer.
