16oz can served in a tulip. Pours a dull, orange-hue with a murky clarity and a tight, quarter-inch, cream-colored head embedded with tiny pinpricks. Nose expresses soft notes of tropical fruit. Taste follows nose; however, there’s an herbal/medicinal bitterness that cuts across the flavor profile and lingers between quaffs. Mouthfeel is light-medium with a carbonation shy of assertive, that leaves a residual prickle at the back of the throat between quaffs. Overall, a solid DIPA with a juicy nose not at all a juice bomb.
