On tap at the brewery.
Hazy light yellow with a frothy white heads that persists. Spicy earthy light pepper on the nose with some solid citrus hops to counter and a bit of sweet and spicy bready maltiness to bring it all together. The flavor is sweet bready with a hint of spice on the malt side. Solid citrus tropical and earthy pine hop flavor counters the light peppery yeasty spice nicely. Pretty solid Saison, I would have liked a hint more peppery spice out of the yeast but I quite enjoyed it as is.
