Sampled at the brewery on the day of its release July 23, 2021.
The pour is a slightly cloudy looking golden-amber with a modest off-white head.
In the aroma, my first sensation is lemongrass or maybe recently mowed grass with a bread and biscuit character in evidence.
Medium body.
The taste is sweet with the grassy characters really coming up strong along with the toasted biscuits. Well balanced and a fine lager.
