From a 22oz bottle, undated but purchased at the Keene Farmers Market 08/27/16. Served in a tulip.
A hard pour produces a feeble half-finger of sparse foam on a beer that looks like apple cider. Little retention but some unexpectedly decent lacing.
Very little nose. A little sweet, maybe some apple butter or maybe it's just my imagination because it looks like it should smell like apples.
Taste is a little sweet, too, and, by God, it really does taste like apples, caramel apple, bread dough and allspice with fresh hay and lemongrass. Actually, it tastes very nice.
The feel is light and crisp with good, tingly carbonation.
Overall, a really quite unattractive beer which tastes pleasant and is very easy to drink. This is a rare case where I'm rating taste high and overall low.

A nice Keene, NH Farmers Market purchase. $5 for 16 oz. Bottle.
This is a dark amber color with an off-white foam cap, substantial enough, dissipates fast.
The aroma is dominated by sweet, Smokey amber malt. Earthy, semi fruity hops in the background. Nice aroma though.
Medium to heavy feel, slick malt with a rather crisp hippy finish.
Flavor is amber malt and semi fruity hops, the malt is very nice but never joins the top flavor in any sort of union. The two aspects stay separate, balance is strange but not entirely bad.
I found it pretty easy to drink despite its malty dominance.

From the 22 oz. bottle. Sampled on May 19, 2016.
The pour is a carbonated medium amber color leading up to a generous off-white foamy head. Good clarity.
The aroma is caramel and breaded malts with a tiny hint of cantaloupe but otherwise low to no hop profile.
Medium body.
Toasted bread and sweet caramel malts in the flavor with a bigger dry bitterness than I anticipated. Decently balanced.

Taster at the Source.
Deep amber color. Rich bready caramel maltiness with lots of citrus aroma and flavor. Just a hint of alcohol. Decent enough Amber.
