Bottle from Bert's
Slightly hazy deep golden bordering on amber with a smattering of off white bubbles that just about form a head. Citrus with light resin and some solid bready caramel on the nose. Grapefruit and citrus flavor with some sweet bready maltiness. Lightly oxidized hop flavors. Moderate level of bitterness lingers in the finish, light aspirin. Pretty clean not a bad IPA.

Picked this up at our Keene Farmers Market.
Light amber color, minimal formation of a foam head, some minor lacing.
Aroma has light, tangy citric hops, sweet malt and some undertones of seriously dry, earthy hops.
The hop flavor is mildly bitter worthiness with mild citrus/Lemmon and sweet dark fruits. No major complexity, the hop/malt balance and overall blending of flavors lacks a bit. The hops stand out, but seems a bit home-brew ish. (Which it basically is)
The feel is pretty crisp, medium bodied, dry but mellows and relaxes a bit to fast.
I enjoyed this brew as much as I can enjoy a good home brew. Just lacking some depth and character.
