A Kolsch with notes of honey and citrus to make this beer extremely refreshing.

Poured from the can into a tulip glass
Slightly hazed lemon dark body color, with a good solid three finger head and soapy pill like lacing.
Impressive but uncharacteristic Kolsch nose. Aromas of large juicy hops of gum drop candy. Pleasant mild malt pils bread like sweetness and fairly clean.
Palate dials back. Juicy flavor doesn't translate as much compared to the nose. It is there but very subtle, almost as a small accent. Mid palate hits with lots of tangerine orange, and mixed herbal hop notes. Fruity finish slightly with mild hop astringency.
Doesn't really taste like a Kolsch but has wonderful American hop qualities.

Bottle from the brewery.
Slightly hazy light golden color with a frothy bubbly white head that persists, Bready crackery pilsner maltiness with some floral spicy earthy hops to counter. Pretty good beer.
