Brewery seasonal. Pours cloudy yellow, translucent. Light ring of white foam, very still. Funky great nose. Bubblegum aroma. Citrus/lemon tart. Apples. Almost like a cider. Tart. Very simple, nice Saison.

I had this on draught at the brewery. It poured a hazy straw color with a thin, milk-white head and lacing. It smelled of orange peel, coriander, and a smokiness that I wasn't expecting. The taste was quite bready and sour with some orange and coriander. There was also a slight hop presence but I didn't taste the smoke I had smelled. This ale is light and crisp and at 4.5% ABV, you really don't feel it. Overall, it's not a bad Saison but I think it's missing some of the fruit and Belgian spice funk that I like.
