Double Mashed and boiled for many hours. Brewed with english base malts, oats, and a variety of crystal and chocolate malts. Fermented with our house 'pastry' yeast. Conditioned on toasted coconut and house made cold brew coffee. Expect notes of intense coconut, toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate, cake batter, butterscotch, and a lingering dark roast coffee on the palate.

Nice appearance, pitch black with small tan head. Nose is way too sweet for toasted coconut and coffee, Sweet toffee and butterscotch. Taste was caramel and more toffee, marshmallow and butterscotch. Mouthfeel was decent but not as good as the original double mashed stout. Drinkable and enjoyable but was hoping this would be less pastry stout.
