Draft at the brewpub, quick review from notes.
Dark orange body, thin layer of surface foam. Not much lace.
Estery apple aroma, sweet and strong, lightly phenolic taste.
Dries out in the finish with a slightly numbing peppercorn note.
Medium to full bodied with lower carbonation, would benefit from more carb.
Overall it's a little too sweet and boozy to drink much of it.
