750ml bottle, batch 1. Teku glass. Cloudy golden straw yellow body, one finger frothy white head, good retention, bit of lacing everywhere, medium collar. Smell is heavy on the nectarine, a bit of peach skin, fairly acetic, lots of lactic acid, touch of oak, a trace grainy sweetness on the palate. It's a fairly straightforward wild ale, honestly has that same house yeast flavour that a lot of Casa beers have. It's got a nice nectarine and peach skin presence. It's good, but gets a little one-note after a while. Mouthfeel is medium lighter bodied, slightly pulpy, nice tart plum and peach skin on the backend.
