Sol Y Mile is a blend of different saisons with malted sunflower seeds. Brewed, aged, and conditioned with local wildflower honey, this table strength beer exhibits a distinct nuttiness from the seeds and a underlying richness from the honey in a serene balance.

Sweet honey, slightly tart and funky nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced honey nut cereal vibe with a mildly acidic finish. Tasty, light, and refreshing on the palate. This is good!

A lovely beer with a rich golden color and an aroma between a pineapple and a pine forest, with just a touch of honey.
The taste balances a tart base beer with a richly floral honey sweetness. The malt presence is subdued but rich, like a dark gluten free loaf
Feel is tingly and crisp but with an ample body.
Wonderful and interesting little beer. Very pleasant
