LA JENELLE is a delightful saison brewed with oats and wheat and fermented with a mix culture before aged in stainless steel for several months with our house blend of brettanomyces.

Bubbly orange body with two fingers of white foam. Yeasty smell with light brett, dried berries, flowers, citrus fruits, and a good bit of oak. Taste is even more yeasty than smell, brett is flat, fruits and wood finish but muddled with the yeast. Body is heavier for a sour saison, with the yeast defining the feel as well as taste and smell. Feels like there should be more funk. Solid but nothing special
