Had on tap. Right away that french yeast is detected in the smell, with honey, flaky biscuit, belgian yeast, orange, brett, funk, and flowers. The taste focuses on the yeasts and honey, giving a sweet honey biscuit flavor, with wood and funk on the finish. Beautiful lacing down the glass to go with the vivacious bright orange appearance. Interesting beer to say the least, worth your time.
