Made in collaboration with the One Acre Blueberry Farm located near Moorpark, CA. This Saison began as mature foeder beer that was transferred onto these locally grown organic blueberries until they fermented to dryness.

Cellared for one year. Violet tinted red murky pour with a pinkish white head. Smells of sour blueberry with brett and light barnyard funk, well balanced. Big foeder backbone in the taste, otherwise the same. Simpler with little depth, but flavors are solid. Feel is lighter, sour and funky but in a muted way, bright and oaky finish.
