From can: "Is a modern West Coast IPA we packed with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata." Canned on 05/05/2021 It's a vibe.
Pours fairly clear, slightly opaque. Straw in color, decent head at first but it tapers off quickly. Low retention, although a slight continuous replenishment of bubbles keeps it alive.
Nose is citrus, peach, mild herbal note, and a hint of onion.
Flavor goes more citrus meets berry, hints of apricot, and a mild bubble gum note. Some grain slides in for an oh-so-slight sweetness that wafts between flavor and mouthfeel.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium, decent carbonation, and a mild warming.
Overall, an interesting one. I'd like to try this on tap.
