Nectarine Submarine starts as Pino Negro, a saison blend made up of fresh, mature foeder-aged, and old barrel-aged saisons that went back to freshly emptied Pinot Noir barrels for a year. Then it was moved on top of beautiful California heirloom yellow nectarines until fermented to dryness. It was then naturally conditioned in bottles.
