Dark and turbid brick red with a level head of pastel pinkish-tan foam.
This exhibited a solid complexity with perhaps a slightly biting plum acidity, though balanced by faint vanilla and a bitter black tea and/or tannin-forward finish. The barrel may highlight a few more threads of vanilla here or there.
