Draft at the brewery.
Black with brownish edges, tan mocha foam. Spotty lace around the edges.
Dry roasty aroma, earthy and piney hop character melds well with the roastiness.
Taste is dry and cleanly bitter with ample roast, pine, and earthy hop flavors.
Medium bodied and creamy smooth. Very drinkable and a classic example of the style.
