Pours a murky burgundy with a finger of white foam. Head retention is okay with no lacing left behind. Aroma is plum, raisin, graham cracker, bourbon, and toasted and caramel malts. Heavy, heavy notes of plum. Flavor profile is plum, raisin, toffee, spices, graham cracker, and bourbon and toasted and caramel malts. Heavily sweet with a thick crust of graham cracker. Mouth feel is thick and smooth, without much to the texture. Overall, heavy graham cracker and plum with a hit of bourbon in the back. It's pretty darn sweet.
