Kiwi Herman opens up with huge aromas of herbal spice, kiwi and soft qualities of underripe pineapple and fresh papaya from dry hop additions of Enigma hops. Drinks soft, with a slight hop bitterness and finishes slightly sweet from an addition of over 100 pounds of fresh kiwi.

Pours a fuzzy, opaque orange with a finger of white head. Head retention is good, as is lacing left behind. Aroma is kiwi, black pepper, and orange. Lovely citrus, with small dose of black pepper to balance it out. Flavor profile is tangy, with sweet kiwi and orange notes. Mouth feel is smooth and velvety, sipping smooth and clean. Overall, an absolutely splendid hazy IPA. Kiwi notes are slighty tart, and when balanced out with the sugary orange citrus notes create a refreshing beer.
