A: Hazy lemon to light gold. Puffed, ivory head forms consistency, mellows out after a few minutes, and leaves a ring of grainy lacing.

S: It doesn't burst. It's unassuming and unrestrained. Caramel, biscuit, and ton of strawberry. (That's not an adjunct)? Just a hint of spice.

M: Light, but creamy. Superfine carbonation that could use just a little crispness to finish.

T: Strawberry shortcake through and through with a honeydew reduction. Not sweet. I've had strawberry blondes; this is not one of them. Initial caramel tempered by rose water, anise spice. Squeezes the essence of strawberry out of the hops. Very nice sum that gets the most from its parts.

On tap at the brewery.
Hazy gold with big puffy head that clings. 4
Bit of must, melon, and fresh leaf. 3.75
Doughy malts, some lemon peel, melon, and herb oil. 4.25
Drying linger.
Soft, round, almost medium, 4.25

Moves through phases: sharp to start, blows open into juice, then cleans up again to end. Amazing Italian-esque mouthfeel. Gets the most out of an interesting hop (Huell Melon) and a dull style. 4.25

The beer comes in a light gold color, with medium plus haze.

The aroma hits of strawberry jam, soiled grass, green tea, honey dew.

The flavor hits of soft sweet clementines, hints of mango, strawberry, grassy onto a light bready malt character, wisps of grain and wheat, onto a grassy and more of that sprinkle of soil. Mouthfeel offers a light chewiness of malt with a lingering malt/wheat quality lingering on a medium dry finish with some medium bitterness as well.
