On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange with a big fluffy white head. Smells of biscuit malt first and citrus behind it. Taste is switched. Tastes of much more citrus than malt. Still has a biscuit backbone, but it's the secondary flavor. Low bitterness. Light body. Excellent as always.

A good of a pale ale as there is out there. Exquisite balance of bready crusty malts and maybe a tough of Pils to play canvas to some bright pineapple and white wine hop notes. A wonderful minerality in the finish. No Hecto, but in its class for sure.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very slightly hazy golden dark orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sticky weed, honey, grassy hops, piney hops, and lots of grapefruit.
This is a very straightforward but expertly brewed West-Coast style pale ale. It's got a subtle resinous character, with a super clean and refreshing bitterness. There's also a slight honey sweetness, grapefruit pith, orange, marijuana, and just the slightest hint of malt character.
This is light bodied, and very crisp and hard-edged, with a soft level of carbonation.
Every time I have a new Suarez Family beer, I keep wondering when I'm actually going to have one of their beers and not like it. It seems less likely as time goes on.

On tap at the brewery, this was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking ruddy orange close to amber color with a slight transparency about it but not too much. A light foamy head wound around the glass and slid off at a fair pace. Slight sticky lace, but even that slid off fairly quick.
The aroma had some light floral rye to sweet wheat maltiness playing with some grassy and earthy hops. Slight little bits of lemon ever so slightly, somewhat pulpy.
The flavor was moderately sweet taking the prior mentioned aromas and I want to say: added some strawberry ever so slightly. Light floral to sweet wheaty and strawberry with the lemon in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt nice and low as warranted to be a New England styled APA, I get it. ABV felt as projected.
Overall, pretty nice APA well worthy of coming back to.
