Unlabeled onsite bottle at Suarez Family Brewery in Livingston, NY.
This one pours a light golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty herbal, with funky basement, oak, lavender, chamomile, vanilla, honey, and dusty funk.
The blend is done really well here, as you definitely get the herbal and floral tones from Whistlin' and Call to Mind- it definitely has a very botanical note to it. There's also oak and some light acidic white wine, with a funk that grows stronger as it warms up a bit. This is so unique, and again, so wonderfully complex and tasty.
This is light bodied, and very crisp and clean, with a refreshing tartness on the finish.
Suarez continues to be the most exciting young brewery in the country.
This might bang ever harder than Blend 2 did.
